1. Who we are

Vibe Coding is a personal developer website of Alexey (Moscow, remote). Contact: Telegram @One_All_One, email ibaratv@gmail.com. The site presents portfolio, services and a contact form for project requests.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, Telegram/email, task type and message - only when you submit the form.
• Technical data: IP hash for rate limiting, browser/user-agent as needed for security.
• Admin session cookie - only for the site owner after logging into /admin.
• Optional analytics cookies (Yandex Metrika) - only if you allow them in the cookie banner.

3. Why we use the data

To reply to your request, discuss the project, protect the form from spam/abuse, keep the admin area secure, and - with your consent - understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

4. Cookies

Necessary cookies: admin session (httpOnly). Preference cookies: your analytics consent choice stored in localStorage. Analytics cookies: loaded only after you click Allow analytics. You can change the choice later by clearing site data in the browser.

5. Where data is processed

Lead notifications may be sent to a private Telegram chat of the site owner. Site and database are hosted on the operator's server/VPS. If analytics is enabled, Yandex may process anonymized usage data under its own terms.

6. Retention and deletion

Leads are kept while needed to process the request and for reasonable follow-up. To delete your data, write to Telegram or email above - we will remove or anonymize the record where legally possible.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data related to a form submission, and withdraw analytics consent by clearing site storage / choosing Only necessary next time the banner appears.
