About the spec
A clear brief/spec from the client is already more than half of a successful result. With that in place, delivery is faster and more accurate. If there is no ready spec, I can help draft one: goals, scenarios, constraints, stages. That is extra work and usually costs a bit more, but the project contour becomes clear upfront. Minimum to start: what to build, for whom, integrations, preferred timeline and budget range.
